This morning Stephen Cottrell, the Bishop of Reading, was handing out egg timers to busy commuters at Reading railway station. His aim was to encourage people to take three minutes of their day just to be still and do nothing. Radio coverage included him chatting to a very enthusiastic group of young people on their way to school.
